Humance Go assessments combine a battery of assessments (a cognitive test and personality inventories) to build a holistic profile of the key competencies associated with a role. They identify the participant’s strengths and areas for development and include recommendations and behavioural questions to explore their competencies in greater depth. The Growth Potential Index (GPI) identifies development indexes that influence an individual’s tendency to acquire new competencies or behaviours and apply them at work. Developed by a research and development team, the tool measures eight indexes of growth potential, grouped under four themes: motivational factors, self-awareness, attitude regarding feedback, and conditions conducive to development in the organization. The report includes personalized recommendations for the participant and their manager, as well as reflection questions and exercises to encourage action.
