Description
This report combines a battery of assessments to provide an overall picture of key competencies specific to an advisory role (e.g., a position where expertise serves an internal or external customer, such as in human resources, administration, marketing, etc.). Specifically, a cognitive test and two personality inventories are used to highlight the strengths and developmental areas of the individual being assessed on a set of key competencies related to the position. Advice to the organization on how to integrate the individual and action priorities for the development of the individual are included. The report also provides behavioral questions to explore the expression of competencies with the individual. Finally, a candidate report excluding the behavioral questions can be given to the individual being assessed.
