Pixonality’s workshops
Our team of highly trained experts in the fields of organizational (I/O) psychology and psychometric tests provide training sessions on behalf of our partners to those who want to enhance their interpretation and feedback skills. By participating in one of Pixonality’s workshops, participants can access a wider breadth of selection, as some assessments may be restricted to certified users only. An official certificate is issued upon completion of a certification. For select certifications, a digital badge is also issued.

Official digital credential for select workshops
A certificate is issued upon completion of a certification workshop. For some workshops, participants also receive an official digital badge issued through Credly. You can share these credentials on LinkedIn to highlight your expertise in conducting these assessments and delivering structured feedback.

Why attend a workshop?
Workshops help users become more comfortable using talent assessments. They also help them avoid common mistakes when interpreting the results and sharing them with the assessed individual. In some cases, a workshop might be deemed necessary by the talent assessment provider (thus, obligatory before purchasing some of their assessments).
How do workshops work?
Some workshops are held in person, some are online and live, and others are available on demand online. Once you have signed up to attend in a workshop, you will be able to assign the participant (yourself or another individual) in My Account.
What credential do I receive as proof of certification?
An official certificate is issued for all certification workshops upon completion.
