Context of use

A certification workshop designed to strengthen autonomy in using and giving feedback in a Humance 360 Assessment process. This interactive training course helps better understand the participant’s impact, interpret the report based on the Humance Leadership Model©, and structure feedback that is constructive, engaging, and less prone to bias.

Workshop in French – virtual mode:  

  • Monday, October 6, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 7, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.   
  • Monday, November 17, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 18, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If you cannot attend the Humance 360 workshop you originally registered for, please contact info@pixonality.com no later than 10 days prior to the workshop date to be transferred to a future workshop. Please be advised, if you fail to contact us regarding a workshop transfer at least 10 days before the workshop you are scheduled to attend, you will be charged a $250 late-transfer fee. Each participant is allotted one transfer, each subsequent workshop transfer will incur a $250 transfer fee as well. Pixonality does not offer a refund of any certification course registration.

This certification workshop is designed to strengthen autonomy in using and giving feedback in a Humance 360 Assessment process.

Humance 360 certification is based on the Humance Leadership Model© and aims to equip professionals to support leadership development at all levels. It provides a high-impact feedback process, promoting both individual and organizational growth.

Certification content and duration
The certification takes place over two half-days and includes the following components:
  1. Introduction to Humance 360 and the Humance Leadership Model© (1 hr)
  2. Two modules – Understanding and interpreting a 360 report (3 hr); Feedback and facilitation process (3 hr)
  3. Test, analysis and interpretation of a 360 report with an expert (1 hour per person)
  4. Tool box – interpretation guide, presentation document, checklist and more

What is a workshop?

Workshops provide essential information on how to use these assessments, how to interpret the results and how to provide feedback to the assessed individual.

Why attend a workshop?

Workshops help users become more comfortable using talent assessments. They also help them avoid common mistakes when interpreting the results and sharing them with the assessed individual. In some cases, a workshop might be deemed necessary by the talent assessment provider (thus, obligatory before purchasing some of their assessments).

How do workshops work?

Some workshops are held in person, some are online and live, and others are available on demand online. Once you have signed up to attend in a workshop, you will be able to assign the participant (yourself or another individual) in My Account.
