This certification workshop is designed to strengthen autonomy in using and giving feedback in a Humance 360 Assessment process.
Humance 360 certification is based on the Humance Leadership Model© and aims to equip professionals to support leadership development at all levels. It provides a high-impact feedback process, promoting both individual and organizational growth.
Certification content and duration
The certification takes place over two half-days and includes the following components:- Introduction to Humance 360 and the Humance Leadership Model© (1 hr)
- Two modules – Understanding and interpreting a 360 report (3 hr); Feedback and facilitation process (3 hr)
- Test, analysis and interpretation of a 360 report with an expert (1 hour per person)
- Tool box – interpretation guide, presentation document, checklist and more

Why attend a workshop?
Workshops help users become more comfortable using talent assessments. They also help them avoid common mistakes when interpreting the results and sharing them with the assessed individual. In some cases, a workshop might be deemed necessary by the talent assessment provider (thus, obligatory before purchasing some of their assessments).
How do workshops work?
Some workshops are held in person, some are online and live, and others are available on demand online. Once you have signed up to attend in a workshop, you will be able to assign the participant (yourself or another individual) in My Account.
