This 360 Assessment is a collaborative process aimed at senior management in strategic leadership roles within the organization (e.g., executives, vice-presidents). It gathers feedback from peers, managers, and direct reports to paint a nuanced picture of the participant’s impact in their professional environment.

By integrating a variety of perspectives, the assessment helps identify the senior manager’s strengths, areas for improvement, and concrete avenues for development. It fuels strategic reflection on how leadership is perceived at all levels of the organization.
