This 360 Assessment is a collaborative process aimed at level 2 managers who are responsible for first-level managers and their teams (e.g., department heads, division heads, regional managers). It gathers feedback from managers, peers, supervisors, and direct reports to paint a nuanced picture of the participant’s impact in their professional environment.
By integrating a variety of perspectives, the assessment helps identify the participant’s strengths, areas for improvement, and concrete avenues for development. It fuels constructive reflection on how leadership behaviours are perceived and promotes greater consistency between the organization’s strategic expectations and their implementation in the field. In a role that connects senior management to field operations, the 360 Assessment gives managers the tools they need to implement corporate strategies at an operational level.

The deployment of a Humance 360 assessment follows a simple, structured approach:
- Initial discussion to define objectives and integrate the approach into your context
- Humance 360 certification for non-certified individuals
- Creating the 360 project and choosing the right assessment

- Launching the assessment process and completing the questionnaires

Humance 360 certification is required to use this solution. It takes the form of a structured workshop, designed to strengthen autonomy in using the 360 Assessment and giving feedback.
