A certification workshop designed to build autonomy and confidence in using and interpreting the
SuccessFinder 360 assessment. The workshop enables participants to interpret results accurately and carefully and to structure high-impact feedback aligned with the SuccessFinder behavioural preference model. This certification is essential for supporting leadership growth, both individually and organizationally.

If you cannot attend the SuiccessFinder 360 workshop you originally registered for, please contact conversation@pixonality.com no later than 10 days prior to the workshop date to be transferred to a future workshop. Please be advised, if you fail to contact us regarding a workshop transfer at least 10 days before the workshop you are scheduled to attend, you will be charged a $250 late-transfer fee. Each participant is allotted one transfer, each subsequent workshop transfer will incur a $250 transfer fee as well. Pixonality does not offer a refund of any certification workshop registration.

It supports a more in-depth reading of the report, consolidates the intervention approach, and structures constructive and engaging feedback for different manager profiles. 

The certification is based on both the SuccessFinder behavioural preference model and the rigorous 360 assessment methodology, providing an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals, operation, and application of the tool in different management contexts. 

Thanks to its interactive format, the workshop allows participants to master the analysis of the 360 report, develop effective interpretation skills, and experiment with concrete scenarios. It offers a clear structure, practical tools, and personalized coaching to ensure autonomous use of the SuccessFinder 360 solution. 

Certification content and duration 

The certification process takes place over two half-days and includes the following elements: 

  1. Introduction to SuccessFinder 360 and the SuccessFinder competency model (1 hr).
  2. Two modules: Understanding and interpreting the 360 report (3 hr); Feedback and facilitation processes (3 hr)
  3. Experimentation, analysis, and interpretation of a 360 report with a specialist (1 hr per person).
  4. Tool box: Best practices guide and tools to help distribute 360 assessments.
