SuccessFinder 360 – First/intermediate-level management roles highlights the strengths, behaviours, and development drivers that are essential for first-level (e.g. team leaders, managers) and intermediate-level (e.g. department heads, division heads) managers. In these strategic roles, managers must know how to rally their teams around the organization’s priorities, while ensuring alignment with executive direction.

Using rigorous methodology and targeted feedback from peers, managers, teammates, and other stakeholders, this assessment analyzes the critical competencies tied to the participant’s management role. It is based on the SuccessFinder Ladder of Leadership, which identifies nine key competencies.
