SuccessFinder 360 – C-level management roles highlights the strengths, behaviours, and development drivers of leaders who shape the organization’s overall direction. At this level, managers embody the organization’s vision, guide major decisions, and must navigate multiple, complex and sometimes divergent expectations. These individuals are called upon to innovate, seize opportunities, and promote the organization as a whole. 

The assessment gathers rich and targeted feedback from C-level management colleagues, key partners, and other influential internal or external individuals.
