Description

This tool is based on the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which assesses the behaviours a person is likely to adopt when they feel pressured or, conversely, too comfortable in their work environment. It was developed specifically to identify behavioural trends that, in situations of stress or fatigue, can affect performance, work relationships or professional reputation. The data report presents the uninterpreted results obtained on the various scales (11) and subscales (33) measured by the HDS.
