This tool is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which assesses normal or bright side of personality, i.e., the characteristics that describe how people interact when they are at their best. Normal personality affects the ability to get along with others and achieve one's goals. The data report presents the uninterpreted results for the various scales (7) and subscales (42) measured by the HPI.
