Description

This tool is based on the HBRI (Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory), which assesses business reasoning style, i.e., the ability to evaluate a set of data, make decisions, solve problems and avoid repeating past mistakes. The data report presents the uninterpreted results obtained on the various scales measured by the HBRI. The candidate is asked to answer a series of work-related questions associated with performance in a variety of work settings.
