Insight Report - HPI

Description

This report is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI). It is intended to increase the self-awareness of the person being assessed by measuring seven dimensions of personality in the workplace. It provides information on how the individual is likely to manage stress, communicate with others, approach tasks and solve problems. The report indicates the strengths and areas of development of the individual, and provides points to discuss in a feedback or coaching session in relation to the results.
