Description

This report is based on the Hogan Development Survey (HDS). It is intended to increase the self-awareness of the person being assessed by measuring the behaviours they are likely to adopt when they feel pressured or, conversely, too comfortable in their work environment. The report indicates the strengths and areas of development of the person, in addition to providing points to discuss during a feedback or coaching meeting in relation to the results.
