Manage Report, combined with Data Report

Description

This tool is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which assesses the normal or bright side of personality (i.e., characteristics that describe how people interact when they are at their best). 
The Manage report is intended for managers who wish to obtain advice on how to better manage the person being assessed based on their strengths to be exploited and their opportunities for improvement. The data report presents the uninterpreted results obtained on the various scales (7) and subscales (42) measured by the tool.
