High Potential + Judgment

Description

The High Potential Report is based on the following three tools: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). It assesses nine key competencies that, when mastered, foster leadership success. Both the core competencies and those supporting the development of leadership are presented in the report. Development priorities and personalized advice are also offered .

The Judgment report assesses the quality of a person's judgment. Specifically, it highlights how the individual: 1) processes numerical and verbal information; 2) approaches decision-making (either threat avoidance or reward seeking, tactical or strategic, intuitive or data-driven); and 3) responds to constructive feedback from others regarding their position (resistant, neutral or receptive).
