High Potential + Flash

Description

The High Potential Report is based on the following three tools: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). It assesses nine key competencies that, when mastered, foster leadership success. Both the core competencies and those supporting the development of leadership are presented in the report. Development priorities and personalized advice are also offered .

The Flash report graphically presents the results for the three tools (HPI, HDS, MVPI). It does not contain any interpretation of the results. This report is designed for certified individuals with the expertise to interpret numerical results.
