This tool assesses up to 30 critical competencies in everyday work situations. The competencies assessed are divided into the following categories: thinking skills, communications, interpersonal relationships, leadership skills, technical and professional, personal qualities and entrepreneurship. Since it is possible to customize the report by selecting the competencies that will be displayed, this tool is suitable for positions at all levels of the organization (entry-level, professional, supervisory and managerial positions).
