If you cannot attend the Hogan course you originally registered for, please contact info@pixonality.com no later than 10 days prior to the workshop date to be transferred to a future workshop. Please be advised, if you fail to contact us regarding a workshop transfer at least 10 days before the workshop you are scheduled to attend, you will be charged a $250 late-transfer fee. Each participant is allotted one transfer, each subsequent workshop transfer will incur a $250 transfer fee as well. Pixonality does not offer a refund of any certification course registration

This workshop qualifies professionals to administer Hogan assessments. Topics covered during the workshop include:

  • Reviewing Hogan’s unique assessment philosophy and why it matters for proper assessment use;
  • Discussing the variety of potential assessment applications appropriate for each of the assessment instruments;
  • Reviewing a general model for providing Hogan assessment-based feedback.

This workshop teaches the interpretation and application of Hogan’s three core personality-based assessments:

  • The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) is the industry standard for measures of normal personality. It identifies the "bright side" of personality – what we see when people are at their best.
  • The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) assesses behavior that impedes work relationships, hinders productivity, or limits overall career potential. The HDS identifies the "dark side" of personality – what we see when people are stressed.
  • The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) is an essential tool to identify synergy and conflict among team members, and to specify organization/person fit. It reveals the "inside" of personality — revealing a person's core values, goals, and interests.

    Workshops provide essential information on how to use these assessments, how to interpret the results and how to provide feedback to the assessed individual.

    Why attend a workshop?

    Workshops help users become more comfortable using talent assessments. They also help them avoid common mistakes when interpreting the results and sharing them with the assessed individual. In some cases, a workshop might be deemed necessary by the talent assessment provider (thus, obligatory before purchasing some of their assessments).

    How do workshops work?

    Some workshops are held in person, some are online and live, and others are available on demand online. Once you have signed up to attend in a workshop, you will be able to assign the participant (yourself or another individual) in My Account.
