OPQ-32R - Emotional Intelligence Report

Description

This report is generated following the completion of the OPQ32r personality questionnaire, an occupationally-based personality inventory that describes an individual's preferred or typical behavioural style at work on 32 dimensions. It measures key dimensions of emotional intelligence and provides information about an individual’s ability to manage their emotions in order to avoid interference with their problem-solving. The main areas for improvement and development advice are offered to the assessed individual based on each dimension studied.
