OPQ-32R - Development Action Planner (DAP)

Description

The Development Action Planner measures the candidate's strengths and development needs over 20 competencies. This report is designed using the OPQ32r personality questionnaire, an occupationally-based personality inventory that describes an individual's preferred or typical behavioural style at work on 32 dimensions. It assists HR managers and professionals in making decisions regarding the assessed individual. It describes how they function at work, their potential contribution to a team and their proficiency in a range of important competencies.
