Safety Report, combined with Data Report - Selection

Description

This tool is based on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which assesses the normal or bright side of personality, i.e., characteristics that describe how people interact when they are at their best. 
The Safety report is used for selection purposes and measures six aspects of personality. It identifies the likelihood that an individual will adopt safe behaviour at work. It presents their strengths and areas for improvement as they relate to their overall fit for a job for which safety is important. The data report presents the uninterpreted results obtained on the various scales (7) and subscales (42) measured by the tool.
