Intercultural Effectiveness Test

Description

This tool assesses to what extent individuals are willing to take on roles in a culture different from their own. Using a self-diagnostic format with multiple-choice questions, the test identifies comfort zones and risk areas that need to be considered when assessing the relevance of working outside one's home country. Cognitive, social, and emotional factors are evaluated in light of various cultures found at the international level. Based on a conceptual approach, the test has been standardized with a population of professionals and executives working abroad.
