This tool is a simulation designed mainly for entry-level positions in collections contact centres. Four categories of competencies are assessed: functional aspects (e.g., ability to transmit information), personal aspects (e.g., ability to listen), sales aspects (e.g., negotiation skills) and results/performance aspects (e.g., thoroughness).
