This tool is a simulation designed mainly for entry-level positions in customer service and collections contact centres. Four categories of competencies are assessed: functional aspects (e.g., client-oriented), personal aspects (e.g., empathy), sales aspects (e.g., negotiation skills) and results/performance aspects (e.g., self-confidence).
