This tool assesses an individual's ease of interacting with people who prioritize different ways of doing things and different values associated with work. The test, which uses a multiple-choice self-diagnostic format, measures the participant's level of openness to different cultural themes. Based on a conceptual approach, the test has been standardized among a population of professionals and managers from various backgrounds and cultures.
