Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing client relationships, with a strong focus on farming existing clients and expanding our presence in the assessment and leadership development sector. Note that the person will primarily develop clients for Pixonality, but will also be required to collaborate with consultants from Humance, as it is the parent company.

Main responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients in the assessment/leadership development sector.
  • Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their development goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Create and present products at conferences, workshops and other opportunities for visibility.
  • Support the marketing team by helping to develop marketing campaigns, sales tools, and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and enhancing sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • Assist with other requests related to online psychometric testing, and handle special projects or other tasks as needed.
  • Work with other consultants and key administrative support resources regarding online psychometric tests. 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales in the area of leadership development, within the assessment field (or technology solutions sales/recruitment agencies/consulting firms
  • Proven experience in relationship management and client acquisition
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Client-centred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, good collaborative spirit
  • Agility in situations involving change and ability to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working in technological environments and learning new tools and platforms
  • Assets: CHRP designation, Hogan Certification and past experience as a consultant in the assessment field (or working with such consultants).
