Description

This tool measures an individual’s general cognitive abilities, i.e., their ability to solve complex and abstract problems, draw logical conclusions and grasp new information. It can be used for jobs that require the ability to understand and quickly assimilate new abstract information. The assessed individual must identity the connection between the figures presented and determine the next logical step to find the missing figure that will complete the pattern.
