This advanced-level certification is a group-based program designed to strengthen your interpretation and feedback skills. You will have the opportunity to develop reflexes that help you deepen your understanding of SuccessFinder profiles, conduct more nuanced analyses, and tailor your interventions to the most complex management and leadership challenges.

Other important information

If you cannot attend the SuccessFinder workshop you originally registered for, please contact conversation@pixonality.com no later than 10 days prior to the workshop date to be transferred to a future workshop. Please be advised, if you fail to contact us regarding a workshop transfer at least 10 days before the workshop you are scheduled to attend, you will be charged a $250 late-transfer fee. Each participant is allotted one transfer, each subsequent workshop transfer will incur a $250 transfer fee as well. Pixonality does not offer a refund of any certification course registration.

The SuccessFinder Certification – Advanced-Level is a virtual, group-based training program. It is intended for individuals who have completed the SuccessFinder Certification and who wish to deepen their expertise and strengthen their coaching approach. 

This interactive certification combines peer discussions, theoretical and hands-on modules, applied exercises, and real-life scenarios to help you advance your interpretation and use of SuccessFinder profiles. 

Key content of the certification

The content of this certification, including the eLearning module and the practical workshop, is entirely designed and delivered by SuccessFinder.

Two essential lessons to enhance your practice: 

1. Advanced preparatory module – Online training (eLearning) – 1 h* 

The eLearning module will introduce you to several key elements to prepare you for the group workshop:

  • The science behind SuccessFinder
  • Competency and trait dynamics
  • Profil analysis and feedback
  • Expert guidance

2. Practical workshop – Virtual – 4,5 h  

  • Develop your ability to build relevant behavioural dynamics
  • Refine your ability to identify key themes within a profile
  • Explore and apply key features of the SuccessFinder platform
  • Complete a feedback simulation with another group participant
  • Receive targeted, constructive feedback from a specialist

*Please note that the advanced eLearning module is a prerequisite for participation in the practical workshop.
