To install your banner, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open a new email window. 
  2. Go to the Message navigation bar, select the signature icon (image of a pen and paper), then select Signatures in the drop-down menu.
  3. A new window will appear. Select the signature you wish to modify and click on New. In the New Signature dialogue box, assign a name to your signature. Click OK.
  4. In the Edit signature window, insert the new banner, then click OK.
  5. You're all set!
