 Hogan 360 - Managing Self-Awareness: The Key to High-Performing and Engaged Teams

This webinar has passed but you can view the recording below : click here.

A war for talent has begun and managers are a key tool in organization's arsenals for retaining and motivating employees. Up to 70% of a team’s performance can be attributed to its manager’s leadership skills, yet most organizations struggle to measure leadership behavior in an objective, equitable, and meaningful manner. This results in managers being technically proficient but unaware of how they may be negatively impacting their teams.
Join us for a one-hour webinar to learn practical approaches to:

  • support managers to increase self-awareness using the Hogan 360 ;
  • build trust and psychological safety into your development programs;
  • create lasting behavioral change instead of one-off adjustments; and
  • make your 360 programs more equitable and engaging.
